Our Community Foundation has awarded a $3,000 grant to the Veale Creek Players for concrete and entryway repairs at the Veale Creek Theater. The grant, made possible through the TrueScripts Foundation Fund, will ensure safer access for patrons ahead of the group’s upcoming production, The Crazy Quilt Club, set for October 3–5 at the theater on Highway 57 South. Veale Creek Players President Joyce Morgan said the group was “thrilled” to receive the support, noting the repairs were needed before their next show.
