Four Arrested in Pike County on Intoxication Charges

Indiana State Police reported a busy night in Pike County with four arrests between Friday evening and early Saturday morning. At 9:01 p.m. Friday, Trooper Jack Fischer arrested Cathi Myers, 75, of Petersburg, for felony OWI with a prior conviction after a traffic stop for no taillights. A minute later, Trooper Sturm arrested Madison Wilder, 25, of Evansville, for public intoxication after she was found walking into traffic on I-69. Later that night, around 11:50 p.m., Trooper Sturm also arrested Timothy Moore, 39, of Winslow, for misdemeanor OWI after stopping his side-by-side for speeding on CR 400 South. Finally, at 2:12 a.m. Saturday, Trooper Gage Cummings stopped Joshua Miller, 45, of Carmi, Illinois, for speeding on I-69. Police say Miller showed signs of impairment and was arrested for misdemeanor OWI. All four were taken to the Pike County Jail. Police remind the public that charges are allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
