State Sen. Eric Bassler announced that the Indiana Senate Republican Caucus is now accepting applications for its paid spring internships during the 2026 legislative session. Positions are available in communications, information technology, legal, legislative, page, and policy offices. Interns must be at least college sophomores, though recent graduates, graduate students, and law students are also eligible. Interns will earn a $900 biweekly stipend and may qualify for scholarships, academic credit, professional development, and networking opportunities. The full-time internships are based at the Statehouse in Indianapolis, beginning with orientation in late December or early January and ending in March 2026.
