The Indiana Department of Transportation is now accepting applications for its Engineering Scholarship Program, offering financial aid and paid work opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students studying civil engineering in Indiana. The program provides up to $3,125 per semester (or $2,083 per trimester) for as many as five years, with funds available for tuition, fees, and books. Scholarship recipients also gain the chance to work at INDOT during summer breaks and after graduation. Eligible applicants must be enrolled full-time in an ABET-accredited civil engineering program at one of Indiana’s qualifying universities, including Purdue, Rose-Hulman, Notre Dame, University of Southern Indiana, and others. Applications for the 2026–27 academic year must be submitted by December 31. More information is available at indotscholarship.in.gov.
