Deputies arrested a 19-year-old after he allegedly forced his way into a home with a firearm and threatened a teenage girl on Thursday afternoon. According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened around 3:30 p.m. on August 28 on Wessel Road. A 17-year-old victim told deputies her ex-boyfriend, Gaige Michael Lewis, followed her home from school and entered her house with a gun. He was taken into custody and booked into the Knox County Jail on charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon (Level 5 felony), burglary while armed with a deadly weapon (Level 2 felony), and driving while suspended with a prior conviction (Class A misdemeanor). He remains held without bond as formal charges are pending.
