The Dubois County Bombers have been named the Prospect League’s Stadium Experience of the Year for the 2025 season. Playing at the historic League Stadium, the Bombers drew more than 50,000 fans this summer, an increase of 12,000 from last year, making it the league’s highest attendance growth despite being its smallest market team. The award recognizes the top fan experience across all 18 teams. The Bombers earned praise for their creative promotions, including “Helicopter Cash Drop,” “Bring Your Emotional Support Python,” and the popular “Wiener Dog 500.” League Stadium, built in 1894 and famously featured in A League of Their Own, remains a major draw for visitors and baseball fans alike.
