Authorities have released the names of those involved in a fatal two-vehicle crash Sunday morning on County Road 650 North in Sullivan County.
Tammy Samm, 50, of Jasonville, was pronounced dead at the scene after being entrapped in her vehicle.
The other driver, Luke Passmore, 24, of Shelburn, suffered minor injuries and was treated at Sullivan Community Hospital before being released.
The crash remains under investigation.
