A months-long investigation into suspected meth dealing has led to the arrest of five people in Spencer County, according to Indiana State Police. The investigation centered on Brian Harrison, 45, of Grandview, who is on parole for a prior meth conviction. Harrison, along with Haylee Moog, 24, was arrested August 13 after troopers observed a suspected drug deal near a school zone. Additional arrests followed, including Charles Parker, 57, Ora Murphy, 41, and Robert Payton, 61, all found with suspected meth, marijuana, or controlled substances. Police say the investigation was made possible through cooperation between Indiana State Police and the Spencer County Sheriff’s Office.
