Indiana Conservation Officers have recovered the body of 27-year-old Keynner Lugo, who went missing Sunday while swimming in Lake Monroe. Lugo was last seen in the Allens Creek area after attempting to swim to shore from a pontoon boat. Witnesses said he began to struggle and went underwater. Search crews had been working since Sunday afternoon using sonar and underwater cameras. Lugo’s body was located Tuesday morning at 7:49 a.m., about 200 yards from where he was last seen.
