The Being for Others Health and Wellness Foundation has awarded $291,227 in its second round of 2025 grants to 11 organizations working to improve health and wellness across Southwest Indiana. Recipients include: Tri-County YMCA, Dove Recovery House for Women, Pike County Progress Partners, Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth, Spencer County Habitat for Humanity, Asociación Latino Americana del Sur de Indiana, Holly’s House, and Parents Supporting Education-Jasper. Projects range from affordable housing and senior center enhancements to recovery services, child abuse prevention, and the new Regional Wellness Center. With this round, BFO has awarded nearly $478,000 in 2025. The final grant cycle is open through October 7 at beingforothers.org/grants.
