
Daviess Community Hospital will host its first-ever Walk for Suicide Loss & Awareness on Saturday, September 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the hospital campus on East Walnut Street. The event aims to honor those lost to suicide, support survivors, and raise awareness for mental health and prevention. The walk is free and open to all. A $25 registration includes a commemorative t-shirt, with proceeds supporting the DCH Foundation’s mental health programs. The registration deadline for shirts is September 12. The evening will include a peaceful walk, a vendor fair, glow sticks for participants, and opportunities to remember loved ones. Vendor and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
