The 2025 Jasper Strassenfest is officially underway, bringing four days of food, entertainment, competitions, and cultural celebration to downtown Jasper. From carnival rides to German-themed performances, the annual event promises fun for all ages through Sunday. Visitors can enjoy free nightly entertainment on the Willkommen Stage, as well as German heritage music and dance performances on the Glockenspiel Stage. Friendly competitions, food booths, and family activities will be spread throughout the city. Booths and carnival rides open this evening, with hours extending through the weekend. Saturday highlights include the Show N Shine Car, Truck, Jeep & Motorcycle Show and Chili Cook-Off at the Schroeder Sports Complex from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., presented by the Holland Legion Riders and Razor 94.5 WRZR, who will be broadcasting live from the event.
