The Daviess-Martin CISMA is teaming up with the Downtown Washington Farmers Market to host a Conservation Resource Fair on Saturday, Sept. 27, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Commons Event Pavilion. The free, family-friendly event will feature booths on forestry, wildlife, soil health, and invasive species management. Attendees can view wildlife furs, live fish from the East Fork Fish Hatchery, and conservation tools, plus enjoy nature crafts and a chance to win door prizes like a Stihl battery-powered pruning saw. Food trucks, market vendors, and local eateries will be available throughout the morning.
