In a significant career first, Taylor Fritz, the No. 5 ranked men’s player, has reached the Wimbledon semifinals. He secured his spot with a notable 4 set victory over Karen Khachanov.
Fritz is set to face Carlos Alcaraz, the defending back-to-back champion, in Friday’s semifinals. Alcaraz advanced after defeating Cameron Norrie in straight sets.
