On July 3, a 2007 Yamaha XVS motorcycle being driven by Zachary Fredrick, age 43, from Washington, with a passenger, Elizabeth Frederick, age 35, who was on the back of the motorcycle, was eastbound on CR 200 N, approaching the 200E intersection.
A 2011 Ford being operated by Augustine Teneyuge, age 34, from Washington, was southbound on CR 200E and pulled into the path of the Frederick motorcycle, which was able to avoid the collision, however it lost control, crashing the motorcycle in the intersection.
Both Fredericks were transported to Daviess Community Hospital for their injuries.
