Nicholas Combs, 35, was booked into the Knox County Jail on Tuesday following his arrest by the Knox County Sheriff’s Department.
Combs faces charges of possession of child pornography, child exploitation, and disseminating material harmful to minors.
The alleged offenses occurred on June 12.
