Authorities are investigating a vehicle fire early Sunday morning as arson after a stolen van was found ablaze at the intersection of 13th Street and Cavanaugh Avenue. First responders were called to the scene on June 22, where investigators determined the fire was intentionally set. The van had been reported stolen prior to the incident. The Indiana Department of Homeland Security and Vincennes Police Department are handling the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to call the Indiana Arson Hotline at 1-800-382-4628. Tips leading to an arrest and conviction may qualify for a reward of up to $5,000.
