Investigators have ruled a June 12 house fire in Vincennes as arson and are asking for the public’s help in identifying who is responsible. According to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, the fire began after someone threw a firework into a home in the 400 block of South 15th Street. Vincennes Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Indiana Arson Hotline at 1-800-382-4628. Tips can remain anonymous, and a reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
