A 64-year-old Washington man was arrested Wednesday following a months-long investigation into allegations of child molestation. Luis Torres was taken into custody without incident at his workplace after the Daviess County Prosecutor’s Office filed multiple charges, including several counts of child molesting and displaying harmful material to a minor. The investigation began in March and was led by Indiana State Police and Washington Police. Torres is being held at the Daviess County Jail on bond.
