Daviess Community Hospital has unveiled the Dr. Suresh Lohano Memorial Garden, a peaceful space honoring the longtime physician’s life and legacy. The $40,000 project was funded by a grant from the Community Foundation through the TrueScripts Foundation Fund and designed by Jake’s Lawn Care. Hospital leaders, staff, and Dr. Lohano’s family gathered for a blessing and dedication ceremony on June 11. Hospital officials praised Dr. Lohano’s decades of service and compassionate care. His family shared emotional reflections, and ice cream from Scoops, including his favorite flavor, Mango Tango, was served.
