The Martin County Recycling Center will host a one-day summer clean-up event on Saturday, June 21, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 500 Industrial Park Drive in Loogootee. Disposal fees are based on load size: small trucks $20, regular trucks $30, trailers $40, and trucks with trailers $70. Construction debris will be accepted at $70 per ton. Electronic waste, including TVs, paint, tires, computers, batteries, and freon-containing appliances, will incur additional charges.
