On Saturday afternoon, Mt. Carmel Police and local emergency crews successfully rescued a 62-year-old man who had been missing overnight after mushroom hunting near the 3rd Street overpass. After an extensive three-hour search, members of the Bellmont Fire Department found the man about half a mile northeast of the overpass, pinned under a fallen tree down a railroad embankment.
