It is being reported that the Miami Heat are sending disgruntled star Jimmy Butler to the Golden State Warriors after trade demand and multiple suspensions.
Indiana coach Mike Woodson questioned his team’s toughness after the Hoosiers dropped their fourth consecutive game, damaging their sagging postseason hopes. The Hoosiers fell behind 19-2 in the first 4½ minutes and never got the margin into single digits for the rest of a 76-64 loss at No. 21 Wisconsin on Tuesday. Woodson acknowledged after the game that the Hoosiers are running out of time in their bid to earn a spot in the NCAA tournament after coming up short last season.
Legendary ESPN broadcaster Dick Vitale is returning to the mic on Saturday.
Vitale, 85, will be on the call for Saturday’s matchup between No. 2 Duke and Clemson, it will be the first time in nearly two years that Vitale is on a broadcast amid a battle with cancer in his vocal cords that’s lasted for more than three years.
