A personal injury accident occurred early Friday morning at the intersection of 150 S and 200 W in Washington. The incident was reported at 7:46 a.m. Officers and emergency medical personnel found a Dodge Charger overturned in a ditch with an unresponsive individual inside. The driver, later identified and transported to the ER for a blood test, registered a blood alcohol level of .161. The vehicle had traveled approximately 133 feet off-road before coming to a stop. The investigation remains active, and the driver was ultimately taken to the security center.
