Loogootee residents are invited to attend a public open house regarding the proposed 50-unit apartment complex on Thursday, October 24th. The meeting will take place at 5 p.m. at the Loogootee Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, located at 208 Main Street. Joe White, President and CEO of JBH Ventures, the co-developer alongside Sullivan Development, and sole owner of the Oak Street Village project, will be available to answer any questions and address concerns from the community. This meeting is open to all Loogootee citizens, offering a chance to learn more about the project and share feedback. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
