Brandon A. Law, 40, of 318 W 13th Street in Jasper, was arrested on November 16 around 4:00 PM at the intersection of Second Street and US 231. The arrest was made in connection with a head-on collision involving two vehicles. Law is facing charges of OWI .15 with prior conviction, OWI .15 or more, and OWI endangerment. The arrest was prompted by his involvement in the accident. Upon police arrival, Law exhibited signs of impairment and was subsequently transported to Memorial for a certified chemical test. The test revealed a BAC of 0.28. Law has been lodged in the Dubois County Security Center on the specified charges.
