Nominations are rolling in for the Big Impact Award in Daviess County. The new award is presented by United Way of Daviess County, Wal-Mart, and WAMW. They are now seeking nominations for individuals who have made a large impact on Daviess County in some way. This individual must have impacted the community on a large scale or a large group of the population. To nominate someone, send your letter to United Way, PO Box 224, Washington, IN 47501, or you can email the nomination to uway1038@gmail.com. The letter should be limited to one page in length. Nominations will be taken through this month, and the Impact Committee will give final approval in July.
