On April 10, an incident occurred near Gregg Park in which a gun was fired, resulting in a bullet hitting a vehicle that was occupied. Following the investigation, 18-year-old Tyriq Lavelle Glenn was arrested for committing criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, classified as a level 6 felony.
Glenn was held in the Knox County Jail on a $5000 cash bond.
The investigation also revealed the involvement of 20-year-old Daerin Bernard Pasley from Washington, Indiana.
Daerin Pasley evaded arrest until May 26, 2023, when he was located in Lawrence County, Illinois.
Without incident, Pasley was taken into custody by Illinois authorities and is currently awaiting extradition back to Indiana.
