Ruttledge says the historic town is working hard to promote what it has to offer, and this would be a great step in putting Shoals on the map. Many events will be coming up, the first being the Shoals Farm and Arts Market, which will be hosting a farmers market downtown throughout the coming months. It will run from June 3 through October 21.
