The Indiana Department of Homeland Security and IN-211 have activated a new resource for the community.
This resource will provide information regarding the recent storms that caused flooding and damage to areas of the City of Washington and Daviess County.
The new 211 system allows people to report damage created by the storm.
This is only a collection of information and damage and not an application for financial assistance.
If someone has damage from the storms that happened between July 23 through July 25, they may report the damage to the 211 system by logging into the website.
After the collection of information, it will be determined if a threshold is met for any kind of state assistance for those affected.
