A man from Birdseye is charged with invasion of privacy.
On Wednesday night, Jasper Police officers were dispatched to an apartment on 41st Street in reference to an active protective order violation.
Police were told 45-year-old Chad Frye was at the residence of a subject who had an active protective order against him.
As police arrived, Chad had left the scene and was not located upon a search of the area.
Frye was located later in the day at his residence on Pine Ridge Road in Birdseye.
He was brought to the Jasper Police Department where he was found to have an active warrant for a separate incident involving invasion of privacy.
Frye was then arrested and booked into the Dubois County Jail.
