A man from Evansville is going to prison for producing child porn.
14 News says 45-year-old Christopher McGee convinced a 15-year-old girl to send sexually explicit photos to him.
A witness found the material on McGee’s phone and called police.
Investigators found out McGee was also having sex with that teenage girl.
McGee pled guilty to federal charges, but had local charges dismissed.
He’s been sentenced to 24 years in federal prison followed by a lifetime of probation after release.
