A trial date has been set for a man in Evansville accused of murdering a pregnant woman.
Scott Terry Jr. has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He’s accused of shooting Candilyn Sexton to death in her home back in April.
The baby she was carrying did not survive either, so he is also charged with “termination of a pregnancy during the murder.”
Terry will be back in court December where his murder trial will begin.
