On Thursday, Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 28 year old Jared Messenger of Washington on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. He is being held on a $2,500 bond.
Sheriff’s Deputies also arrested 42 year old Steven Puza of Oaktown on two counts of Domestic Battery. He was released on a $7,500 bond.
And 19 year old Maria Castaneda of Washington was arrested by Washington Poice Officers and booked into the Security Center on a charge of burglary. No bond has been set.
The current population at the Daviess County Security Center is 147.
