A Vincennes woman is facing several drug charges following an investigation by Vincennes Police.
Last night around 5:30 pm, VPD served a search warrant in the 200 block of North 3rd Street.
During the search, officers located around 240 grams of suspected methamphetamine, about three pounds of suspected marijuana, several THC vape pens, and approximately $3,600 in cash.
22-year-old Ashlea Boatwright was arrested on scene and charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Dealing in Marijuana.
Another suspect in the investigation, identified as Levi S. Smith, was later apprehended by St Francisville, IL Police after an unrelated vehicle pursuit.
