The Davies County Health Department reports 160 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the community since last Friday, December 31, 2021.
Of those cases, 132 individuals were unvaccinated with 5 of those being children ages four and under.
The other 28 individuals were fully vaccinated.
No additional deaths have been reported so that number remains at 123.
Daviess County is still in Orange Status and now shows a 7-day positivity rate of 11.6% on the state’s COVID map.
Knox County has recently shifted back into Red Status.
Gibson County is also in Red Status.
Pike, Dubois, Martin, and Greene Counties remain in the Orange.
