A Dubois man was arrested in yesterday in a church parking lot.
The incident happened around 8:06 pm at Redemption Church, located at 1450 Energy Drive.
Police were dispatched to the scene after getting a 911 call reporting a fight in the parking lot.
Upon further investigation, police determined 56-year-old Lee Price was intoxicated and struck another subject who was also intoxicated.
Price was taken into custody and was booked into Dubois County Jail after being medically cleared.
He is charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
