The Daviess County Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau is hard at work.
Daviess County Chamber of Commerce Director Joe Morris was present at yesterday’s Board of Commissioners Meeting.
Within the last year, a sign was put on I-69 featuring local restaurants.
Morris also noted that the Chamber is currently working on putting a local attraction sign out on I-69.
The sign has the potential to feature the Daviess County Museum, Veale Creek Theatre, as well as other local organizations.
In addition, Morris noted they plan to expand on the camping side of attractions.
The commissioners commended Morris for his hard work on both the highway signs and the recent Inn Keepers Tax Increase.
