The Daviess County Health Department has made updates to their vaccine administration policy.
They are now taking appointments only for COVID-19 vaccine.
Health officials say they have seen an overwhelming response to the COVID-19 vaccine booster eligibility.
The department has also begun pediatric COVID-19 Pfizer vaccines for kids ages 5-11.
To better serve patients, and due to limited space at the facilities, anyone wanting a COVID-19 vaccine will need to call the office at (812)-254-8666 and dial option #1 to schedule an appointment.
There are five other COVID-19 vaccine providers in Daviess County and several more in neighboring Counties.
The Daviess County Health Department also says they are offering flu shots for six months and up.
