The Gibson County Sheriff’s Department is looking to hire an additional deputy.
Responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to traffic control & enforcement, civil paper service, courthouse security, working with the public, operating department-issued equipment such as handgun, Taser, camera, computer, car, and handcuffs.
The department says successful applicants will need to be able to remain clear headed and objective in stressful situations.
