Indiana plans to start an online clearinghouse for housing data next month.
The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority has been building the dashboard for the last seven months.
Executive director Jacob Sipe says it’ll pull together county-by-county data on housing prices, the age and quality of housing stock, and the age, race and income of the population.
Sipe says the dashboard will not only create a single data portal, but provide up-to-date information on numbers that are constantly changing.
