A trespassing complaint recently led to the arrest of a Knox County man.
On Monday, officers with the Vincennes Police Department were called to Autumn Ridge Apartments in reference to a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival, officers were able to locate the suspect male, identified as 31-year-old Jacob Farris.
Officers quickly learned that Farris had four active Knox County warrants as well as one active Lawrence County, IL warrant.
Officers say the tried to detain Farris who then resisted.
After being secured, Farris was found to be in possession of approximately 25 grams of methamphetamine.
Along with his warrants, Farris was also charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Knox County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
