An Evansville woman was arrested on drug charges in Gibson County over the weekend.
On Saturday, around 6:30 pm, the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department received a tip about a possible impaired driver at the Huck’s Gas Station near Fort Branch.
Upon arriving, the deputy located a Black 2000 Chevy Silverado matching the description of the impaired driver.
The driver was identified as 41-year-old Angela Casswell.
Upon searching the vehicle, police found a small piece of aluminum with a powdery substance that tested positive for Heroin.
Casswell was then taken to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Possession of Heroin.
She has since posted a $750 bond.
