The Indiana Pacers were off Wednesday night as they prepare for their match-up with the Washington Wizards in the NBA Play-In tournament. The Blue and Gold will be on the road as tip-off is scheduled for 8:00pm (EST). The Wizards swept the Pacers during the regular season taking all three games.
Second day of practice at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is completed as drivers prepare for the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge. The defending Indy Car Champion and 2008 Indy 500 winner Scott Dixon posted the fast lap speed of the day at 226.829 MPH. Conor Daly was second at 226.372 MPH. Indy 500 veteran Ed Carpenter rounded out the top three as he turned a lap speed of 226.103 MPH. Practice goes on through Friday with qualifying coming up this weekend. The Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge is set for May 30th.
