Non-profit organizations can apply for grant money from the Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs.
The money will help veterans with a variety of services.
Eligible applicants for Grants for Veterans’ Services (GVS) must be a non-profit organization registered with the Indiana Secretary of State.
Non-profits must use the money to help veterans.
The money could be used to help eliminate homelessness, provide assistance for veterans moving from public housing programs toward renting or home owning, and on-the-job training or job search assistance.
Applications are due by 5 pm EST on June 14.
