The Daviess County Health Department released the latest COVID-19 update on Wednesday. Just two more cases of the virus have been confirmed since Monday continuing the downward trend. The total case count since April of last year currently stands at 2,855. No additional deaths have been reported in over a week so that number remains at 96. 11,356 residents have been tested to date. Daviess and the surrounding counties are still in Blue Status on the ISDH map. Daviess County now has a 7-day-positivity rate of 2.8%.
