The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department responded to an accident on Thursday. The accident happened around 8:40 PM on SR 57 and West US HWY 50. Police say a car ran out in front of a semi. A 21-year-old pregnant woman was suffering abdominal pains and was transported to DCH. No names or other details have been released. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Washington Township Fire Department and Daviess Community Hospital EMS.
