The Indiana State Police is accepting additional applications for the 81st Recruit Academy. Individuals who are interested in beginning a career as an Indiana State Trooper must apply online at http://www.in.gov/isp/2368.htm. The website will provide a detailed synopsis of the application process as well as information on additional career opportunities with the Indiana State Police. If you have already applied for the 81st Recruit Academy you do NOT need to reapply.
Applications must be submitted electronically by 11:59 pm (EST) on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. If selected to proceed in the selection process, applicants will complete the Written Examination, Physical Abilities Test, and Oral Interview in one day. Testing will be held Friday, March 12, 2021 – Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in Plainfield, IN.
