The Daviess County Health Department released the latest COVID-19 numbers yesterday. Just two more cases of the virus have been confirmed since Monday continuing the downward trend. The total case count since the start of the pandemic now stands at 2,831. In addition, two more deaths were also reported bringing that total to 93. 11,157 people have been tested in the county to date. Daviess County is currently showing blue on the ISDH COVID map. Daviess County is still in a yellow adversary status, however, the positivity rate has dropped significantly and is now at 2.8%.
