The Emergency Declaration for Travel Restrictions was lifted yesterday evening. Travel status has been reduced to a Level 1 Yellow Advisory. Some roads may still be snow covered and slick, but roads are open and passable. Daviess County reported several slide offs on Tuesday. Knox County reported over 25 and Pike County also reported several others. Officials advise motorists to still use caution when traveling. It’s important to go slow and only travel if necessary.
